1. Eligibility
The Referral Program is open to all active mazeed clients.
Referrals must be for new clients who are interested in mazeed services.
2. Referral Rewards
For recurring services, referrers will earn a credit equivalent to the referred client's initial subscription fee, capped at AED 1,000.
For one-time services, referrers will earn a credit equivalent to 10% of the referred client's total transaction value, capped at AED 1,000.
The credit will be applied to the referrer's account after the referred client's first successful payment.
3. Referral Process
Referrers must provide referred client contact details through mazeed's official channels.
4. Credit Usage
Referral credits can be used for any mazeed service purchase, upgrade, or renewal.
Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Limitations
Referrers can earn up to AED 1,000 per referred client.
There's no limit on the number of referrals, but each referral must be for a different individual or business.
6. Payment and Reward Issuance
Referral credits will be issued within 30 days of the referred client's successful first payment.
If the referred client cancels or fails to make the first payment, the referrer will not receive credit.
